Nawin - the best thing by far for babies is to be fed by their mother. Nothing in this life is completely risk-free, but it is better for them and safer too, to be fed naturally. The risk of choking is actually higher if you hand/bottle feed them, than it is letting them feed naturally. And as you've already found out in the past, a small amount of milk aspirated can be fatal to a baby pup.
From about two weeks onward, you can be introducing pups to small amounts of solid food. I would not expect their mother to really start the weaning process until about 3-4 weeks of age though, and it probably won't be complete until 5-6 weeks.
Do you not have an experienced breeder to mentor you through this process? That would be invaluable, if you don't have a great deal of experience yourself. That and the advice of a good vet.

One thing you may want to check for in all your pups are Cleft Palates some are not very obvious is could be slight but still may cause feeding problems and could lead to choking since suction is hard to acheive. Just a thought. If you do have a mentor ask them about this. Cleft Lip another problem but is noticible. Good luck. Having puppies is around the clock hard work and sometimes devistating that is why especially with E & F Bulldogs this is not something that should be done for fun. There are far more complications and care when it comes to our breeds.

CORRECTION: no breed should be bred for fun. It is not fair to the puppies or the mother.
