Thought to take the chance to get in on the ground floor. Hopefully this forum will be as welcome a place as the other frenchie forum we usually browse. Noticed some familiar names already.
I'm Scott, originally from NYC and a resident of Helsinki Finland for the past 5 years. My new wife Rita and I own Figo, a 14 month old French Bulldog who is the light of our lives. Though Figo has had his share of health problems (he's deaf, has some tricky allergies and is prone to ear infections) we wouldn't trade him for the world. Every new day brings more and more joy, and adds to the relationship we all share. I'll post a link here to a family portrait.

Looking forward to seeing a community grow with you all.

Welcome Scott :)
Very nice photo, it even looks like Figo has a green and blue eyes. Unfortunately my French bulldog has also some bad allergie troubles and he is a little deaf...

Welcome Scott. What a lovely family portrait. I also was not aware of all Figo's problems. Hope he is doing well. We deal with a lot of the same issues (though not deafness) with Madison & my dad's dog Katie. It is a challenge, but one that is well worth it in the wonderful dogs we have.
