The Second Cutest Dog

I was at the park today and met a pair of shorn, rough-coat Brussels Griffons - OMG. They were sooooooo cute! And obedient! I totally fell in love (had never seen one in person). Has anyone ever had one? They are ALMOST as cute as Frenchies.

whenever i see one of those dogs. i think about that movie "as good as it gets" with the little brussels griffon they called verdell . he was sooo cute !

I love those little guys! There are 2 that go to the same park that we do. They are very sweet. They aren't much for playing with other dogs though. They usually like to hang out with their owner, or sit on my lap for petting if I'm lucky :D

Brussells are a favorite of mine. I even considered getting one. But I really did not want a dog that needed to be groomed.

Didn't know he was a Brussels!
Infact, I remember seeing him when we
first came to this site (or maybe the other one?),
and my husband and I giggled for hours
because we couldn't get over how funny he was!!!!
It's especially funny when you say his name in a fake accent.
Does it mean anything in Dutch?

How was he with your Frenchies?
We always think about getting another Frenchie someday,
but I'm starting to wonder if we might like a Brussels instead...
