They grow up so fast....

I saw a 4 month old pup yesterday who looked EXACTLY like my Penny did at that age. She's almost 8 months old now and I'm getting sad that she's not a baby anymore! I feel a little silly saying that.

I know how you feel. Lenny will be 5 months old on the 19th. I keep looking at him and he is looking like such a big boy now. He was only 10 weeks old when I got him. He has changed so much!!
Sweetie is also getting big. She will be 4 months old on the 20th. They grow so fast!!

Oh, Fran! You're supposed to say something like "Oh, they just get sweeter with age" or something comforting like that!! ;)

Besides, I think all those pups coming through your apartment keep Dari young.

Dari has gotten better with age;I would NOT want a pup again..

When Bill was here a few weeks ago with the 2 pups I thought I would go bonkers. :eek: .They were adorable. But,I am passed the housebreaking and teething, thank you very much..

Dari is NOT thrilled with the pups invading.She plays with them for a while and then behaves like"when are they leaving???"

Emily, every age of these dogs is the best age.. :)

I cannot believe my sweet Abigail will be 4 in July! Yikes...how did time pass so quickly?? And baby Ferris is now 2! I do love puppies but I have to say...I am really enjoying watching Abby and Ferris grow together. These two have so much love for each other and to watch them play (like sherman tanks, as Fran likes to say) is just the best. Jim and I marvel at how unique/special this breed is.....we had NO idea! Until you own one...you really don't know. :D

i am right there with ya. i have no idea how my little baby boy is already 2.5 years old! It boggles my mind how quickly he grew up!

Adora will be 6 months on Wednesday. I can't believe how much she has grown! She was only 8 lbs when we got her and now she's 22 lbs! Last night, Jason (husband), was lamenting about how fast she's growing up :(

I am looking forward to the day that she is fully pottytrained though! That thought alone snaps me out of my slump :rolleyes:
