ok, i know i am bombarding you all with questions. i promise someday i will stop :D
i just CAN'T figure out how much to raw to feed oscar. i got nature's variety prarie medallions. i have no clue how many oz. each medallion is. their website says to feed him about 8 oz. of raw each day. then it also says to feed 1-2% of body weight. when i figure that out, it was only like 3 oz of food. on top of that, i don't know how many oz. a medallion is, so i have NO clue how many medallions to feed him. anyone know about this stuff? thanks!
and...thanks for all the bday wishes. it is tomorrow and for my bday, i am taking oscar to the dogpark to meet with 8 other frenchies!!!! appicon i CAN'T wait! he got his last shots so, he is ready to go play with all the other frenchies. i found a ****** group here in philadelphia and there is going to be a great turnout. i will bring my camera :)

Hi Sharon,
We used Nature's Variety medallions. Oscar will love them! The day we picked Adora up from the airport she stuck her head in Beckham's bowl full of those medallions and I had to forcibly remove her so she wouldn't gorge herself! :p
I was giving Adora 2 medallions (the small ones - not the big patties) in the morning & 1 at night when we were doing raw. You'll be surprised how fast they are inhaled, but don't worry, he won't starve to death even if he acts like he might if he doesn't get more
I'm sure you'll have a great time at your ******! I just started being the organizer for our local ****** group. So far we have only met once, but will meet again in 2 weeks. It was great to have 5 Frenchies running around together, can't beat that for entertainment! :D

First off, ask away. That is what this forum is for..
Your dog is a pup; feed him.
Go to the store and buy a small electric food scale.Do you have a Bedbath&beyond or a store like that?Williams Sonoma?I use a scale and measure.
Emilymd is on this forum; if I remember ,she feeds her about 8oz a day.Pups need to eat.Feed him 3x a day if you can. Don't let his belly fill too much at one time.
The amounts they tell you to feed are wacko. If I followed the Bravo reccomended amounts;Dari would be a tub.. She is an adult and I give her 4oz a day. This is a fairly active 5 yr old.Once he gets older you will be able to judge by his weight loss/gain. But now as a pup;FEED him..
And remeber; we are here to answer and help.. NEVER stop asking. :)
