:) o.k. well we did it.we bought a russian puppy.(dont be mad at me fran).we just got tired of looking here and not finding what we wanted. it is so heart breaking to wait and wait for your pup and then find out the day its supposed to ship to you, it has soft palate and needs surgery. i have been coreseponding with the breeder and quinn has even called her in russia and talked to her personally. she doesnt ship her puppies until at least 12 weeks and then she holds them for a week or so after the second shot. she is a beautiful deep solid red with a black mask. she has another just like her only white chest. they were both beautiful it was hard to decide! but quinn liked the solid rich red color and she will be his. rocky is my baby and bonded to me. i dont think we choose our pups as much as they choose us. she is being shipped on the 6th of april and will arrive in seattle on the 7th. i will post some pics when she arrives as all i have now is her pics at three weeks old.

CONGRATULATIONS !!!!! I am sure you are really excited and can hardly wait to see him. I know I would be. The waiting is the hardest part. He sounds really pretty. can't wait to see pics. Give him a big kiss for me when he arrives.

thanx to all of you ! we are getting so exited. it was such a let down with the last pup after we had waited two months. :( . we are hoping all goes well and we dont run into much hassle at the airport with her being imported. the breeder said she is coming with akc, current vaccines,cert of health,health guarantee,pedigree, and travel crate. i dont know what we'll need on our end.rocky came from missouri so all we had to do with him is sign for him and pick him up ! i will post pics of her when she gets here and settled in . if any of you have had experience with picking up an imported pup. i could you the advise ! :)

Congratulations on the pending arrival of your new baby. I am partial to the red or fawn black/masks frenchies as their faces are very similiar to my pug Petey. I was even asked at the mail box one day if Petey was Buster's mom hehe I don't think they look that much alike since the ears are surely a give away. :) Buster is red black/mask. I can't wait to see the pictures of your new baby. May I ask the name of the breeder. Does the breeder have a picture of your pup on their site? I have noticed that the breeders in Russia seem to have a lot of litters with these markings. Good Luck

the breeders name is ********, *********. i just posted some pics of our new coming pup. it will be my hubby's pup. he is calling her anastasia. annie for short. she is just three weeks in the pics. i have gotten referrels from her and emailed them. they all talk good of her. so we will see how it goes. she had two pups .quinn picked his. and we just recieved an email from her that she might have the other one sold to another couple that are also in seattle. small world. it would be neat to meet the people that got the other pup and they live nearby. we could keep in contact as they grow..... :)

we just recieved verification from breeder and airlines that annie is on her way ! she is in amsterdam at pet hotel now and will arrive in seattle tommorow morning. we are so excired we will probably not be sleeping very good tonite ;) i will post more pics after she is here and settled in................quinn and debbie

she has arrived ! she is sooooooooo beautiful ! and so tiny ! all paperwork was in order and i was in and out of customs in less than 10 minutes. she is an active little girl and seems very healthy. she and rocky both have an appointment with the vet tommorrow. both just basic check-ups. she has a few flea nest on her back, but the vet told us to use the puppy advantage that we use on rocky. and she will give her a thorough check-up tommorrow. she has showered quinn and i with kisses and already put rocky in check when he got a little rough . lol . i will get some more pics of her in a few days when she's all the way settled in. :)

I'm so glad to hear Annie arrived safe and sound! appicon I envy you....I enjoyed the whole puppy thing so much. Very soon....you will know and appreciate the term "thundering herd" !!! :lol:

FINALLY! The Princess has arrived! I'm so glad that customs was so easy and non-stressful and that she's taken to Rocky so well :D Like everyone else, I am anxious to see more photos of her!!
