Does anyone watch The Dog Whisperer? It comes on the National Geographic channel in my area. It's a 30 minute tv show about dog behaviorist Cesar Milan who helps dog owners w/ their dogs' problems. It's interesting.

Yep!!! I watch it... it is a great tv show...

I think Cesar's goal for training is:

1. Exercise (walking dogs)
2. Discipline
3. Then Affection.

I just want to say that I love Cesar! We've been using several of his techniques on Maxwell, and they are awesome. It amazes me how Cesar has such an outstanding ability to communicate with the dogs, without any formal training. I've also noticed that the NILIF methods are a lot like The Dog Whisperer's methods. The only thing that bums me out is that we've already seen all the shows! (Thanks Tivo) I can't wait for the book (or is it a DVD? I can't remember) to come out in June!
