What do we ALL have in common?

There is a lot of very important chat here about this and that....where did you get your dog? how much research did you do about this breed? how much did you know about the breeder? how old was your dog when you got him/her? do you have a vet familiar with flat faced breeds? are you happy with your import dogs? etc, etc....

Bottom line here is....we all adore and love our pups and that is what is most important. I have friends who bought Frenchies from reputable breeders, a good friend who adopted a precious Frenchie from a local shelter...this dog was found wandering the streets in the snow, another friend who bought from a puppy miller who had a great website.

I love that we all get a chance here to exchange what valuable information we have to share. I also pray that we have all learned from our chat and if nothing else...I think we would all agree that puppy millers must be stopped from taking advantage of us and our fervent desire to own a beloved French Bulldog.

carolyn, i totally agree. and one thing we all have in common is that we love are dogs. and my rocky is the kissingest thing ! he always goes right for my lips too ! do you think that is why they call them "frenchies"? ;) appicon

And it's very obvious that everyone else here loves their puppies too :)

I would also like to add there are some that post here that are involved in Frenchie rescue and see first hand the many, many dogs that are given up/tossed aside to rescue because of health issues, personality issues or financial issues. Their passion and love for this breed should be appreciated and they should be commended for what they do. Carolyn

what a nice post Carolyn. and too true. we are all gagga over our little frenchie aliens which is in itself a beautiful thing but that we can get together across countries to discuss our love of this breed really astounds me! it's also so comforting that there are other's out there who are as crazy as i am about their pets :D nice to know we lunatics are not alone:-)
