knee operation

two days ago our little lotti had her knee operated (luxating patella). she generally is recovering well but i'm a bit concerned about fluid building up around the ankle area (surprisingly not around the knee area). i don't let her run around or anything of course! just the potty walk in the garden and back. should i consult my vet right away or just keep her on anti-inflammatory and antibiotics as told?

a consequence of the surgery, but wouldn't hurt to check. I'm of the opinion to always call if you have a concern!
