When I bought my pup the next size up harness it was a little big and so moved from side to side and rubbed the skin on his back. When I realised this was happening I started to use a collar. It has been a fair few weeks now and the skin doesn't seem to be getting better. It is just dry and scaly/flaky. He doesn't scratch it at all but it has lifted the fur so it looks like he's got fur missing when you look from the back. Any ideas or suggestions?
