Hi all,
My name is Chelsea and I am a frenchie lover ;) My mom owns a pet sitting business and ever since I first saw a french bulldog I have been crazy about them. I dont have own yet... its just a matter of time! Just thought I would check this forum out to see how everyone else feels about them, and find out more about the breed. I have researched them for (this is pathetic...) years, and think I know all about them, but you only learn so much from books... i figured asking people who own them would be best. Any information would be great!!!

I am the proud mom of a super sweet 16 week old brindle Frenchie girl named Adora, a 1 yr old APBT mix named Beckham & 4 cats.

Frenchies are just the BEST dogs!!

There are two sites that you can go to to learn more about these dogs; www.frenchbulldogkingdom.com and www.frogdog.org. Both sites have enourmous amount of valuable facts to help you in your search INCLUDING how to recognize who is a Reputable breeder and who is a puppymiller/importer.

Also go to www.infodog.com.This site lists the dog shows;the BEST place to meet reputable breeders.Then when you are finally ready to add your frenchie you will have started the process by establishing a relationship and knowing who you want to get a dog from.

My life is filled with happiness called Dari; a 5 year old brindle girl..Plus of course my 2 cats..

I have had a few health troubles with Athlon, but he was probably coming from a puppy mill (in Ukrainia, and dumped in Tunisia where my brother rescued him, and then he was sent to my parents in France where he lives now) which explains most of his problems. As fran wrote, please screen well the breeders before purchasing your puppy!
