hives under armpits

Toby has some pretty bad hives under his armpits. What do you think could be the issue? I bought that kit from nzymes because he had terrible ear infections. We also switched his food to grain free. His ear infections are now gone but hives have started under his armpits. Any advice?

They hives are more than likely something in the diet. I was giving Lilly these yogurt treats she just loved but they caused her to break out in these red bumps on her face, under her arms and her belly once I stopped giving them to her they went away.
