Anyway, I've taught her the basics, sit, down(lie down), stay, rollover, and we're working on her signaling me via barking with house-training.
Using NLIF, as of late I've been using the down command on her if she wants up on the couch. Well normally, she sits at the very edge of the couch wining/growling/barking because she wants up. But because I want her to signal for potty, I'll always ask ' Go Potty?' first and take her out. Once i'm back on the couch, she'll wine/bark again, and I'll do the down command b4 letting her up.
Well, yesterday, Georgia trained me! I was sitting on the couch and as usual she barked at me, I then asked ' Go Potty?', and instead she lay down on the floor!appicon She did this again today as well. She's amazing. I thought I'd also mention, last night when she sat in front of the couch to come up, it was as if she already knew what i was going to ask, I gave her a look and looked at the floor, and she lay right down in front of me. She's so bloody cute.
This being my first dog.., I'm just so impressed and amazed with her little ways!
