I know this has been brought up before I just can't find it. What is the weight scale for puppy's to full grown. Like 2-3 months so and so pounds. It would just help because everyone tells me I need to put meat on her bones but she looks healthy to me, I would like to see a radius though. Thanks!

How big were her parents? That is an indicator but not an exact target. I know two Frenchies that are full brother and sister, same parents but different breedings, where the bitch is 19 lbs and the dog is 31 lbs of muscle.
And dogs have different growth rates. Our Tank was the runt of his litter but now his bigger littermate Samson and he weigh the same.
Where is she from? I believe Euro dogs are heavier because in the U.S. French Bulldogs are disqualified in the show ring if their weight is over 28lbs. As I understand it, in Europe, over 30lbs is a fault but not a disqualification.
If the vet says the dog is healthy and it is not lethargic and feels good to you, and you are feeding good quality food, I'd assume you are doing fine.
An experienced breeder gave me the estimate of adult weight based on the following as a guide:
4 months double weight
5 months add 6-1/2-7 lbs.
6 months add 5 lbs.
