Percy in Los Angeles!

What an active forum! Hello to all, and thanks for being here.

Our new bundle of joy is named Percy, and he's a 12-week-old cream male born in Southern California and now living in LA. (Along with two Boston-transplanted human beings who still can't believe we live here ourselves....)

We have a few questions about feeding and housebreaking that we couldn't answered among the existing threads, so we'll post there. But first, a photo to accompany our introduction! Thanks in advance for sharing your love and expertise.

We have a female brindle and live in Pasadena.

There is a monthly L.A. Frenchie gathering through ******.com, although I confess that we have only been Frenchy owners for a few months and have not made it to one yet.

There is an abundance of knowledge and info on these pages, and if you can't find an answer to your question, post it :D

Thanks for the replies! Regarding the monthly LA gathering, it appears that the board's built-in spam protection has redacted the URL where I could learn more about it. If you could reply again but leave out the dot-com, I think it would go through. :^>

Not a "built in" spam filter. A censor via which we eliminate the possibility of someone posting a link to a site that we have banned from Bulldogworld. If a site is censored here, it isn't an accident, and it isn't acceptable to try to bypass it either. Any censoring is for a reason (and in that particular case, it is due to the spamming and money raking behaviour of it's members here).

If someone were to try to bypass that censor by inventive wording - that persons account on this board would be deleted.

All websites are not blocked from the board. THAT website is banned from this board. So are a number of backyard breeder, puppy mill and other undesirables who've tried spamming here.

When a site is specifically censored out of this board, there is a good reason. We do not want it here. It is absolutely unacceptable to try to advertise it in any shape or form - that includes trying to bypass the censor and it includes directions for where to find it (so your later post is deleted).

I don't know how its possible to be any clearer about that: If something is censored, it is banned - you cannot mention or promote it via this board.
