Bouji

I got this recipe from my sister…her Frenchie Milton loves them and so does Bouji!
1 lbs beef liver
1/4c flour
1/8c molasses
Blend ingredients in a food processor or blender. Lightly grease a 9-inch x 13-inch x 2-inch rectangular baking dish. Pour “batter” into the baking sheet and bake at 250F for approx 45min. You’ll know the treats are ready when the sides look crispy (looks like brownies) and your house is filled with the smell of liver.
Let the treats cool. Cut them up into small bite sized pieces. I fill about 4 lunch bags and keep them in the freezer.
Bouji will do just about anything I ask her if I have liver treats with me!
