Hello from Michigan

I am pleased to introduce you to "Winston" our new family member; we got Winston at 12 weeks and he is now 19 weeks old and is flying through basic obedience. appicon

We were owners of a Staffordshire Terrier "Lillen" who at age 9, and after 8 wonderful years with us, we had to euthanize. She was our first rescue Pit Bull ==> we miss her presence, however, she will forever be in our hearts. We had rescued/fostered 2 other pb's and found loving homes for them. We knew that with our current lifestyle, and the fact that we are getting older, that we could no longer handle the acitivity level this breed requires. If there was ever a breed that is so mis-understood...

When researching a breed that would fit into our current lifestyle, we came up with the French Bulldog and we cannot be more thrilled with this choice.

Winston lights up our hearts everyday :D

Welcome Judith and Winston ! I am owned by 2 beautiful Frenchies, Lenny and Sweetie. Soon we will be bring our 3rd Frenchie home. She is a cute little cream and will be turning 2 months old this week.

Our Frenchie, Tank, is exactly 13 months old today.

Like you, we got Tank after our 15 year old Golden Retriever passed on and we wanted something smaller and portable.

Tank is quite the joy we hoped he would be. Quite the character and, somehow, very spoiled. French Bulldog owners too seem to be quite the characters. We have gotten to know a few from websites and local dog shows.

I have two....Abby will be 5 in July and Ferris is 3. Watch out...you just may find yourself wanting another Frenchie. :lol:

We are currently (trying to sell/move) located in Lapeer, MI. I keep hearing a lot of people say they have 2. As this is our first frenchy, I'd like to wait and see about a second one...but I do see it as a possibility in the future :p
