Well, Ellie Mae went in for her big operation and all went great! I didnt sleep last night I was so scared, but it is all over now. He also enlarged her nostrils...apparently she will have 20% better breathing. Her Soft Pallet was great, no work needed there. Just thought I would share my exciting news that I no longer have to worry about her getting spayed!appicon

I'm so glad that Ellie Mae's doing well after her surgery and all went well. I'm not looking forward to that day when Stella has to have hers. Stella sends 'Frenchie Kisses' to Ellie Mae.:) and I'm sending a hug.:)

Thanks everyone! Ellie Mae gives big slobbery kisses all around! Her breathing is actaully better, we didn't think it was bad until the procedure was done and you can't hear her breathing anymore. She doesn't seem to care about the pain at all, in her tummy, her nose hurts though. I carried her into the house last night and she wanted to chase the cat and play with her big sisters, I was shocked, she was unfaised! I have to lock her up or she is crazy running around like nothing happened, again prooving to us that she just does not feel pain! The vet assistants were sad to see her go, they just fell in love with her, but really how could you not love a Frenchie!?! So all in all, she is doing wonderful, and it has only been 24hrs! Carolyn, that big sigh of relief felt amazing!:p

It is a huge sigh of relief, isn't it! And sooooo shocking how it doesn't seem to affect them at all - unbelievable!
