Eukenuba Classic [Archive] - French Bulldog Board

Tonight is the Non sporting group judging at the Eukenuba Classic.. This show is by invitation only..Held every year in Tampa..Has everyone seen the dog shows on TV? These are the ones that lead up to the EC..

These are the dogs/bitches that are entered and (hopefully) showing..

Westminster is different in that the top 5 dogs (by points ) are invited and then the rest are entered by a lottery type system.. All must be Champions to participate in either show..

Thanks for the link - I was talking to our breeder yesterday and she mentioned having a dog at that show.

Dari's breeder is there; he went to see one bitch that was sired by his dog.And one dog that is a "granddog" One bitch also that is from his sire could not be there; she just had a litter..So he is there as a "cheering and looking section".
This is a very prestigous show..

Allot of breeders go there to look at the dogs/bitches and see if they want to breed into another line..

Interesting you mention that Fran - our Tsu boy came from a stud from one breeder and the bitch from another - both of whom have dogs on the show list.

Thanks for the link. It must be some of the pictures, but I think that some of the Frenchies seem to have longer legs.

They do have longer legs; that is called "being up on leg"..

I like this system...Infodog usually takes 5 days to post the winners...:(

Yeay! The frenchie, Joy, took 4th!!! I thought she should have won but i could be a bit biased :lol:.
