Hello everyone my name is Amber and I share my life with a perfect 7 month old French bulldog named Donut. We live in Wisconsin and its mighty cold here right now. I was so happy to find this board and can't wait to learn more and share more about my Frenchie.

Donut is beautiful. My husband and I live with our "kid" Loui, XIV, he is a 5 1/2 month -old pied boy that hates the cold weather but loves the snow.

Such a nice welcome from you two. Donut is a boy actually, hard to tell with a name like Donut.

He also hates the cold and I am pretty sure he hasn’t decided what he thinks about the snow yet. Some times when I take him outside and there is fresh snow on the ground he barks at it.

sorry about that :p - hope donut doesn't take offense! the only one of mine not on the avatar is tigger ... one day i'll change that. i now own all sorts of clothes for cold weather and, thankfully, they all seem to like them. have fun!

Piper and I live in NY where is it cold right now also but probably not quite as cold as WI! My inlaws live in Janesville and I think they were living in Madison when they first moved out there. Are those towns fairly close to each other?

I know, right? There's something that's just so cute about a little furry animal named after food.
I, on the other hand, plan to name my boy frenchie (when he eventually comes into our lives sometime in the future) Homer...

and I think we all know Homers go well with Donuts ;)

Welcome to the board, Amber! My little pied boy is 5 1/2 months, his name is Dobby. He's a little chunk of love! I'm also owned by a 3 1/2 year Boston Terrier girl named Cookie. I think Cookie and Donuts go well too. :)

Donut is a little ball of love and goes VERY well with his name his full name actually is Gobby Donut, Gobby being short for Goblin.

Yes it is very cold out this morning here -2 burrrrrr, and we are getting about four more inches of snow today, which I am sure Donut will love to dive through.

Answer to Madison being by Janesville, actually its only about 20 minutes away that is where Donut’s breeder was from.

Homer is a cute name, all the animals I share my life with have odd names. I also live with a cat named Uhlala and another one named Weird Ass and a boyfriend named Jeremy.
