I am new here. I received Ali last week from a rescue. He is 4 and 1/2 years and has severe allergies. That problem is corrected appicon But his nose is bumpy, cracked and crusty hard. I read on a site to use utter cream. Any other suggestions? Also one eye is red and they tear sometimes. Is this normal? Any help , advice etc. is appreciated.
