What kind of mischief does your lil frenchie like to get or is mine the only one that does ?

Stella loves to get into the toilet paper and anything that is on table tops .. we have these pewter Armadillos and there are 4 of the a big one all the way to a tiny one and she knocks them off the table and hides them... she makes me laugh. She steals everyones underwear and the funniest thing is when you pull out the hairdryer ... she thinks it's a game ... frenchies are so much fun even when they do cause misdchief .. you can't help but laugh

Luna's motto is "Tu casa es mi casa". I don't know if that's grammatically correct or not, but she's a dog, so what can you expect? I commend her for attempting a second language. Anyway, most of her mischief happens in OPH (other people's houses) and usually involves checking out their stuff, and eating it, if possible. Her other mischieviousness happens in "El Car-o" and usually involves jumping in the front seat (forebaten!!!!) if we've picked up something tasty to eat. Last night she drank my Tim Horton's hot chocolate from the cup holder while I was making a left. How many times have I told her chocolate is poison! Well, anyway, she's no worse for wear, but I still haven't had my fix. Hmph.

Sidney has gotten it in his head that the driver's seat is his seat. While I'm driving, he tries to climb from the passenger side floor, onto the front passenger seat, and finally into my lap. We *compromise* and he gets to sit on the front passenger seat while I pet him constantly with my right hand. Then when I get out of the car and walk over to the passenger side to let him out, he darts over to the driver's seat and lies down in the spot I've just vacated and refuses to get out of the car. He is so funny! :)

Roxy LOVES to chase our cat Muffin around the house....and her new favorite past time is ripping wee wee pads to shreds. If I leave one on the kitchen floor when we go out and leave her gated in the kitchen, I come home to a very big mess. Good thing she's pretty much housetrained and doesn't use the pads anyway

French Bulldogs are the ultimate cat terrorizer. Luna almost had her eyes scratched out by the ancient, but agile, Moses (owner of my aunt) – simply by trying to be his friend! I'm convinced "friends" means something entirely different to cats, though. Like, "you get me some food and I MIGHT pay attention to you." Needless to say, Luna has had it Up To Here With Cats and now makes a point show them her bicepts, which are practically bursting out of her black fur suit.

When Phoebe was a lot younger, I came home one day to find the lounge floor awash with foam from inside the sofa cushions. The furniture had been totally re-arranged, the cushions from all the chairs were lying scattered around in the foam. Madame came running up to me wiggling her bottom like mad, thinking that if she sucked up to me enough I might not notice. I saw the funny side of things and had to go into another room to hide while I killed myself laughing. She never did anything like that again perhaps because she didn't get a reaction? Anyway, I thought it was funny and told her that I was so proud that her little teeth were growing so strong appicon .

She is now almost 4 years old and is a total angel and I sort of miss her little pranks!

My girl Eve(EVIL when she's bad) likes to steal my bras and drag them and use them as tuggy toys. She also loves my leather belts. ugh!

Allie steals small items when the opportunity arises and hides them under our bed. evilicon We have to be really careful to never leave dental floss within her reach...that's a favorite for some reason. She runs under the bed to protect her "stash" when she sees me with my "under the bed cleaning tool"! I usually find a pen or two, tissues, q-tips, misc. small pieces of paper like store receipts and occasionally some dental floss (argh!). In her last stash, I found some artificial flowers I had bought to decorate a gift.

Any other frenchie thieves out there?

Lola also believes that anything within paws reach is hers. and just when i think i've puppy prooked the apartment, she finds something else.

she is also a big thief who likes to hide things under the bed. i wonder how many other frenchies out there do this? it seems like quite a few. and as i am a huge shoe-aholic, i've been desperate to find a way of keeping them from her. i can't find a shoe tree big enough!!

her most favorite thing that i find the most amusing is that she LOVES the bath mat. she lies on it for naps and then will turn around and try to rip it to shreds. then the other night, she jumped  into the bathtub! how?!

crazy girl.

I have a few of those under the bed plastic storage bins that I keep my shoes in. They easily slide in and out to remove shoes, but shoes CANNOT be removed from them when they're under the bed. :) They also help in minimizing the space in which my resident thief can hide her stolen goods!

Piper LOOOOOOVES to steal the plastic bolt caps from toilet bowls and chew them! evilicon My poor mother nearly had a heart attack the first time Piper did it at her house! My mom couldn't catch her - she ran under the bed! - then couldn't get it from her mouth - that bear trap jaw! - and was terrified the entire time that she was going to swallow it! I guess my mom didn't realize that she can be easily bribed with food! I can't tell you how many replacement packages I've bought from Home Depot! When I get new ones with no teeth marks I try to remember to put a blob of bitter apple on them as that seems to deter her.

I also discovered that I can't keep a box of tissues on the end table in the living room anymore. She likes to stand on the arm of the couch and rip them out one by one. evilicon When I'm in another room and hear that WHOOSH WHOOSH sound I know exactly what she's doing!

Rufus's favorite thing to do is steal your spot on the couch, chair, etc. As soon as you vacate your seat, he jumps on it. When you come back he looks at you as if to say "What?"

When I take him in the car, (for a short ride around town) I put him in first, on the passenger's side. Then I buckle up my daughter. When I go to get in the car, there he is on the driver's side! I have to talk to him through the window "Hey, buddy, get on your own side!" Of course the kids think this is the funniest thing ever.

When we first got him, when his water dish was empty, he would pick it up and carry it around. It still has teeth marks on it.

One other funny story, we have been watching the World Series (GO SOX!) and when we clap, he starts barking and jumping in circles. I think he thinks he is applauding, too. What a nut.

I forgot to add one thing, it is actually the funniest thing Rufus does - when either of my daughters play the piano, he throws his head back and howls! He loves to sing, and it makes us laugh everytime.

Stella likes to eat / munch / play with:

toilet paper
plastic end caps (off of door stoppers)
toilet brushes
high-heeled, expensive shoes (she has good taste!)
sun glasses (apprently regular glasses aren't stylish enough)
remote controls
pens
plastic bottle caps
underwear - especially worn
and anything else that strikes her fancy

silly dog... she too thinks if she runs around wagging her bum (the tail bit is lacking, so it has to be the whole bum) that she'll distract me and I won't notice...

she just kills me
