Anyone know any good and easy recipes for a creamy seafood chowder? I want to make some. I had a really good one in Dublin three weeks ago, and want to make my own
Thanks!

Olly

Yes, I found a recipe on Boxerworld at http://www.boxerworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84084 :)
To that I added some celery, some corn, and thickened it up to make it more creamy by adding some milk and flour. The seafood was a mix of mussels, shrimps and calimari. I think it could have used some fish as well, since the one thing all those recipes call for that I couldn't get is some clam juice for flavour.
Just reduce the amount by half unless you have a large family or you are VERY hungry :D
