Incontinence or bad potty manners

Recently my 7 month old male has been sort of dribbling pee while he's walking around our house or outside. Last night he did it once in our family room and once on my bed. I feel bad disciplining him becuase I'm not sure if he can help it. I've heard of male dogs having problems holding it before. Does this sounds like that sort of situation or is this done on purpose as a sort of marking territory thing?

I was wondering that same thing about my 5 mo old, Dutchie. It seems he is outgrowing it now, though. He also would pee if he became overexcited.

When Ferris was a wee pup...he would pee when he was excited or if he was in a new situation that scared him. :p I am no expert but I think this is very different from peeing/dribbling for no apparent reason.
