Two questions for anyone!

Hi everyone! I'm new here and a bit ignorant so I have a couple questions that are probably dumb! I just can't seem to find the answers on the board - there's soooo many posts! :) Anyway, is this board affiliated with the FBRN? I have been on their website and I can't find a link to here. (And I'm not sure how I found this board in the first place! :o ) The other question is how does everyone have a picture of their Frenchie next to their post? :confused: Any help would be much appreciated!

Nope - this site isn't affiliated with anyone. Except for it's sister-site Boxerworld (http://www.boxerworld.com). Both are privately owned and run.

There is information on uploading avatars (the pictures next to usernames) here: http://www.boxerworld.com/cgi-bin/bwhelp/smartfaq.cgi?answer=1092927787 That's actually from Boxerworld - but the only point of difference is that on Bulldogworld the size of your avatar can be 80x80 pixels.

Thanks to both of you for the info! I don't have a small enough picture in this computer to use. Looks like I'll have to get out the old camera!

Hi Piperloo,
What I did in order to get the picture small enough was 1) select the picture I liked 2) open it up in Paint (its under accessories) 3) GO under IMAGE and then you can resize your photo so it fits...it takes a little trial and error but eventually it will work....Good luck!!

I actually started to do that and when the photo opened in paint it was HUGE!! I literally had one ear filling the entire screen! :lol: When I have a little more time I'll sit and play. I'm sure it's fairly easy - just time consuming. So for now I guess I'll have to remain pictureless!

Yes, it start huge, but then reduce it like 50% horizontal and vertical, and keep going until you get the right size....good luck!

She is beautiful - I love brindle with the white chest. It looks so dignified and regal. I have never seen that colour combination here on the west coast :(
