Hi All,
Just got my pied female pup ...coming 3 months old. I tried to put her into the cage but she kept barking!!(compared to my male he don't) & now my mum is very unhappy :(
My male which is 9 months plus keep disturbing (trying to mate) her. Should I sperate them or just leave it?
Pls advise. Thanks.

Jone; is your male neutered? Males are usually castrated at six months. If he is not are you planning on breeding your dogs? He is going through puberty and if he is intact he is going to be humping whatever comes his way. As for the new pup's barking, she is just a different personality than the male and you will have to be patient with her. There is a thread about crying pups that you could read that might help.

Hi Lilydog,
I have the intention to breed them. Thanks for your advise ;)

If your new puppy is only three months and the male is trying to mate with it, please seperate them.

definitely seperate them she is way to young, my vet reccomends the earliest should be at their second heat cycle, and at three months shes not even developed nor reach her first heat cycle.

Hi Jermaine,
I understand that for female, min 2nd heat cycle is the earliest for breeding. My male is too young for breeding too. He's only 9 months old. I think my male franchie is too energetic... started to walk him daily for about 2KM in the evening & things got slightly better & my Sasah braking have also reduced appicon
Thanks again guys!! You are wonderful!! ;)
