Just wondering if anyone gives their frenchies booda bones..they are the starch bones..we used to give them to biggie when he was younger then stopped cause they tend to be pretty messy. Well, I have been having a heck of a time finding bullystix (mine finally just arrived from ordering online) or biggiestix as we call them and biggie has been giving me those sad depressed eyes so i got him a southwest chicken flavor booda bone and a greenie. well the greenie he ran off and hid, which he always seems to do with greenies for some reason...he doesnt eat them just hides them...but the booda bone he seemed to thouroughly enjoy...until this morning when i took him out of his crate and he had thrown up small chunks of it poor baby. just curious if anyone else has had this happen with these bones????

I don't know what Booda Bones are...??? There are so many "chew" products out there and many of them seem to create problems. Now that I have two Frenchies..I have stopped giving them chewey toys, as they create aggressiveness. My two seem content with toys and they share toys happily.

Jen, click on this link and scroll down. There are two items called beef stix and beef pizzles. Would those be something Biggs would chew on?

Since the second time that Madison ever had a real bone since he was ours, he ended up in the ER to the tune of $1,100 & much worry on the part of his parents & vets, he does not get any bones or chewies of any kind anymore.

What do you mean by "real bone"? Do you mean like a marrow/soup bone?

wow, thanks for all the replies.
myrocky hey you!!! long time no speak!!!biggie LOVES bullystix/pizzlestix in our house they are called biggie sticks:-) the problem is that i have been having a difficult time finding them..although i just received a case of 20 that had been delayed in customs and biggie is needless to say ecstatic!! I am not sure that the delay isnt due to the mad cow disease...considering what the bullystix are made of I thought maybe that was the holdup...
The booda bones were kind of a stop gap solution as biggie was totally moping around without his biggiestix.
Booda bones are the colorful bones with nubbies on the outside made mostly of starch if i am not mistaken. they come in all flavors..however, we will not be getting them again due to biggies throwing up...
oh, also, we never give biggie any kind of chew toy when we are not around to supervise...only soft toys when mommy and daddy are not at home:-)
Biggie loves to chew, has since he was a puppy. Aside from helping his teeth and gums if he didn't have his chew toys I am afraid the little devil might try to chew on the cat's tails :o evilicon

OK, the link I gave has pizzles listed. If you go to my first reply to this post and click on the word "chewies" at the bottom it will take you to a page that lists the pizzles. I order from that place all the time and love it (the website not the pizzles. :p )
